The Gufo di Notte (“night owl” in Italian) was a cocktail I first had at Serafina in March 2013. I attempted to reverse-engineer it; after two satisfactory mixes, I present this recipe for your consideration and refinements.
Shake over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
